PM Modi looks at the rearview mirror and that’s why crashes are happening: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi: In his latest attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the former is always blaming the past.
Gandhi was referring to the train accident in Balasore, Odisha which claimed more than 280 lives.
"Now think about it. All of you came here using your cars. Imagine if the only thing you did was look at your rear-view mirror. Could you drive your car? You would be having one accident after the other. That's the phenomenon of Narendra Modi ji. He is trying to drive the Indian car and he only looks at the rear-view mirror. And he does not understand why the car is crashing, not moving forward. This is the same thing with the BJP and the RSS. You listen to them, their ministers. You will never find them talking about the future; they are always talking about the past and they will always blame somebody for the past," said Rahul Gandhi while meeting Indian Americans in New York.

Rahul Gandhi also alleged that the Modi government has removed the periodic table from the school textbooks.
However, NCERT, the state-funded education provider has said this topic has only been removed from Class X textbooks and not from Class X1.

“We will demolish the BJP ”

Gandhi was confident that Congress would demolish the BJP elsewhere just as it did in Karnataka.
It should be mentioned here that Gandhi’s party didn’t perform well in the local body elections in Uttar Pradesh, which is the most crucial state for forming a government in the Centre.
