In the interim, a new part to Section 500 called 500 A has been created, which specifies that the perpetrator will be detained without a warrant and the crime will not be subject to bail or computation. The arrest may be contested by the perpetrator before a session's court, nevertheless. A number of scandalous, derrogatory, and no holds barred vicious attacks, including the judiciary and armed forces, were also mentioned in the cabinet summary. Additionally, it claimed that some wings with ulterior purposes had started a cyber-campaign to foment campaigns against specific governmental institutions and their personnel. It also states that the purpose of such heinous crimes is to undermine the independence, stability, and integrity of Pakistan's governmental institutions.
