Having Red Meat and Milk together causes heaviness and issues related to indigestion.

Fish

Fish is considered a hot-in-nature food item whereas milk is cool, consuming them together causes chemical imbalances in the body.

Citrus Fruits

Citric fruits, Acidic fruits, and fruits that are rich in Vitamin C cause curdling of milk, therefore it is not suggested to eat them together with milk.

People don't notice this but Banana and Milk are incompatible together. Having them together causes cough, cold, indigestion, and sleep-related issues.
