Viral Video: Why? Principal Thrashes Class 11th Student in Gwalior’s Private School For THIS Reason, Assault Caught on CCTV

Viral Video: A Class 11 student from Gwalior's CBS School was seen getting into a furious altercation with the principal in a shocking viral video, which sparked strong emotions on social media. The incident, which took place in the city's Kanch Mill area, has garnered notice because of its sensitive nature.

Dispute Over Unpaid Fees Turns Violent

According to Free Press Journal, the problem reportedly started when Dalit student Dhruv Arya went to CBS School to pick up his Transfer Certificate (TC) following his failure in Class 11. Dhruv stated that all of his school fees had been paid; however, Principal Nisha Sengar objected, saying that there were still unpaid costs. As a result, she would not grant Dhruv the TC. Things quickly became physical as the disagreement got more heated.

Principal and Teachers Accused of Assault

Principal Nisha Sengar reportedly hit Dhruv during the altercation, as seen in the widely circulated CCTV video. Vice-Principal Rakesh Singh and another teacher named Rajni later became involved. The student was allegedly assaulted by all three. Dhruv defended himself by pushing the principal away in an effort to keep himself safe.

Injuries and Police Complaints Filed

Dhruv needed medical attention after sustaining apparent injuries to his head, neck, and face. On the other hand, Principal Nisha Sengar showed no signs of bodily harm. Both parties complained to the Hajira Police after the event. The principal, along with the vice-principal and teacher, has been charged under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for their involvement in the alleged assault. In the meantime, Dhruv is accused of violence and making threats because of what the principle has said.

Investigation Underway

In an effort to learn the facts, the police have initiated an inquiry and are carefully going over the CCTV stuff. But as the investigation goes on, it's still unclear how Dhruv's fee payments stand.
