Viral Video Shows Cop Swallows Bribe Money, Caught By Vigilance Team In Faridabad

Viral Video: A viral video from Haryana's Faridabad shows a team of vigilance cops managed to catch a cop taking a bribe. The video shows Sub-Inspector, Mahendra Ula being surrounded by vigilance department officers.

In the later half of the viral video, the vigilance officers can be seen taking out money from Sub Inspector Ula's mouth. The cop swallowed the money soon after he realised of getting caught.

The vigilance officers can be seen putting their fingers in the cop's mouth to recover the money. But they struggled a lot due to stiff resistance by the sub-inspector.

Video also shows one more person in the frame who tried to intervene but was pushed back by the vigilance team.

Reports say the cop demanded a bribe of Rs. 10,000 from a person to take action against an accused in a buffalo theft case.

The Sub Inspector had already received Rs. 6,000 but before getting the full amount, the vigilance team planned a plot to arrest him.
