Animal Viral Video: Animal videos are always fascinating to see as they often show us a different perspective on life. Recently, a video has gone viral online which shows a pelican bird eating a raw fish within seconds by diving into the sea. Netizens have been fascinated by the video and it has become immensely popular ever since.

Pelican bird hunts the fish

The video, uploaded by "Mark Smith" a renowned photographer, has fetched more than 6 lakh views along with over 46k likes and comments. In the comment section, netizens uploaded him for capturing the iconic video, which provided a glimpse into the life of birds and how they hunt for food even in the sea.

The video began straight with the pelican bird flying in the sky at high speed. Just a few seconds later, the bird dived straight into the sea at immense speed. A couple of seconds later, it emerged from the sea with a fish in its mouth. The fish appeared to have been struggling inside the mouth but it failed to do so. Eventually, the pelican bird swallowed the fish.

Along with the video, Mark wrote "This is why this bird is called a pelican, not a pelican’t. This is the first time I’ve been able to capture the whole process in one take. Now you know why pelicans have such big pouches," in the caption.
