Intriguingly, it resembles the point at which humankind has arrived as a result of technological advancements and their profound effects on our lives. What did the cartoon show? The title of the cartoon is "The pocket telephone: When it will ring!" It shows several occasions when a person's cell phone would ring. At first, a man is seen hurrying to board a train as his phone rings. Another image depicts a man whose hands are full and who is attempting to pick up the phone. "That bell is frightening the poor mite," complains the irate mother in the cartoon.
