Situated on the new PPE (Premium Platform Electric) architecture, which will support a variety of future Audi e-tron models, the much-anticipated SUV arrives shortly after its platform sibling, the new Porsche Macan EV. Audi Q6 e-tron expected powertrain details Most of the Q6 e-tron's structural components are shared by the Porsche Macan EV, which was developed on the PPE electric car platform in partnership with Porsche. With its 800V electrical architecture, the Q6 e-tron can achieve a maximum range of 600km and a rapid charging rate of up to 270kW. Audi has indicated that the Q6 e-tron Sportback, like the A6 Avant e-tron concept, will include a twin-motor, four-wheel drive system that can produce a combined output of 470 horsepower and 800 Nm of peak torque. Performance numbers are still pending. Expect Audi's latest electric SUV to be available with two-wheel or all-wheel drive, and performance versions to launch soon after. Expected features onboard An 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.5-inch infotainment system—which will support all wireless car connect technologies—will be located within the cabin. With over 536 litres of boot capacity, it should provide enough room for storage. When both back seats are folded, this capacity can also be increased to 1,529 litres.
