 Uttar Pradesh: Car driver who crushed Zomato delivery boy to death, detained by police

Uttar Pradesh: According to authorities, the driver of the vehicle that struck a Zomato delivery boy near Char Murti Chowk has been detained by the Noida police.

Suyash Mishra, the defendant, was recognised from his home in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. He is a resident of Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior district, according to the police.

Accident occurred on the night between December 25 and December 26.

Police say they received information of a collision between a speeding Toyota Corolla and a two-wheeler near the Char Murti Chowk on the intervening night of December 25 and 26.

A police squad from Sector 113 police station responded to the report and went to the scene, where they found the severely hurt Zomato delivery kid and transported him to Bisrakh hospital in Greater Noida.

During the course of therapy, Parvinder Kumar, a native of Ghaziabad, passed away from his wounds.

According to a police officer, the offending car has been confiscated, and proper steps have been taken.

District Judge's sticker was on the automobile.

According to certain media sources, the automobile had a district judge's bumper sticker. The owner of the vehicle was not identified by the police, though.
