Health Department's Response

According to sources from Deccan Herald, the hospital administration was recently given instructions by the health department to make sure that vaccines and other necessary medications were kept in the deep freezer in an appropriate manner. When asked about the viral photos, the district health officials, however, were baffled. "If it turns out to be true, it is indeed a serious matter," a Bulandshahr official said.

Investigation Launched

Authorities have pledged to conduct a comprehensive investigation and take strong measures against those found accountable for this carelessness. In order to look into the problem further and make sure that the right steps are followed, a second chief medical officer has been appointed.

Previous Instances of Negligence

There have been other instances of carelessness in Uttar Pradesh's public hospitals before this one. Serious misbehaviour has been documented in the past, including cases where ward boys are accused of operating on patients.
