 BJP govt never believed in appeasement politics: CM Yogi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated on Monday that the state administration, which is led by the Bharatiya Janata Party, has never believed in the "politics of appeasement" and has instead placed a strong emphasis on the development of all people.

Adityanath spoke in meetings in Varanasi, Pratapgarh, and Jaunpur on Monday in addition to Moradabad. In Uttar Pradesh, the elections for urban local bodies will take place in two parts on May 4 and 11, with the results being announced on May 13.

Before the urban local body elections, Adityanath spoke at a public gathering in the Moradabad district to support BJP candidates.

“The BJP government has never believed in the politics of appeasement. All previous governments used to take care of a particular community but we made sure that there was development of all. We want to speed up the process of development four-fold and now you all are living in a safe and secure Uttar Pradesh,” adding that his government focused on raising the living standard of people the Chief Minister Yogi said.

Yogi Adityanath while talking about famous brass industry of Moradabad said, “The brass industry in Moradabad was witnessing a downturn. The artisans were migrating. But today, Moradabad’s brass industry is achieving new glory under our government. Exports have increased and the industry is now more well known internationally.”

Adityanath cited Dilshad Hussain, a local brass artist, as an example, saying that even the President and the Prime Minister were aware of his accomplishments.
