Regarding the use of drones in the health sector, the government has today transported TB drugs from AIIMS Rishikesh to Tehri Garhwal. Drugs weighing two kilos covered a distance of 40 kilometers in 30 minutes. Normally it used to take 2 hours to cover this distance. Now there is a plan to do a trial regarding the drone, soon from AIIMS Delhi to Jhajjar's cancer hospital. The government is serious about getting medicines and tests done through drones in emergency and hilly areas. Earlier, on Wednesday, the drone service was tested at Rishikesh AIIMS helipad, which was quite successful. Only after that today TB drugs reached from AIIMS Rishikesh to Tehri Garhwal. With this experiment, better health services can be easily provided to the remote areas of the state. 40 km distance covered in 30 minutes With the help of drones, TB medicines will be easily accessible from Rishikesh to Tehri Garhwal. By using this drone, health services will be delivered to the needy by covering a distance of 40 kilometers in 30 minutes. The two-hour journey will be covered in just 30 minutes. For those areas on which roads are not yet built, the delivery of medicines through drones will prove to be very beneficial.
