This group, operated by foreign-based individuals Harjit Singh alias Laddi and Sabi, was linked to recent petrol bomb attacks targeting Shiv Sena leaders. Key incidents include the October 16, 2024, attack on the residence of Shiv Sena leader Yogesh Bakshi and the November 2, 2024, attack on Harkirat Singh Khurana’s home in Model Town Extension, Ludhiana. In a major breakthrough, Counter Intelligence and Ludhiana Police have jointly dismantled a Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) module operated by foreign-based individuals Harjit Singh @ Laddi, and Sabi. Authorities seized a motorcycle and two mobile phones reportedly used for reconnaissance and tracking targets.
