Noida News: India's tallest mall to have nine storeys, will come up in THIS sector

Noida News: The residents of Noida are in for a big surprise. According to various media reports, the Uttar Pradesh city is set to have a 150-meter-tall mall at the Greater Noida Expressway. Preparations for this magnanimous infrastructure are currently underway with 25 per cent of construction already been completed. The mall will be located in sector 129 of Noida. 

India’s tallest mall in Noida

The development work in Noida has known no bounds in the recent few years. With another feather to its cap, the smart city is set to have India’s tallest mall at sector 129. The mall, constructed by the Saya Group, will have nine storeys.

Mall to be ready by 2025

Designed by DP Architects, the mall will be ready by 2025, suggest media reports. It will be housing many expensive brands, calling investments from across the country and around the globe.

Over Rs 2500 crore has been invested into making the project to ensure a luxurious experience. Boasting Excellent craftsmanship, exquisite interior decor, and high-end technology, the mall is expected to be one of India's most opulent buildings yet.

Parking facilities on the top 

Parking facilities in the mall will be available from the fourth to ninth floors. The giant parking space has the capacity to fit as many as 1600 automobiles. The mall will also contain upscale eateries, bars, and nightclubs. While the business will keep 70 per cent of the property for itself, 30 per cent will be up for investment.
