Noida News: The Uttar Pradesh Government is planning to build a New Noida on the land near Delhi-NCR. The Government is planning to buy land to build the New Noida which will be an addition to the Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Noida authority has approved the Master plan for the 2041 Dadri  Noida Ghaziabad Investment region. The new land will be built on 21000 hectares of land and has been picked up from 85 villages between Dadri and Khurja.  The Noida Authority has issued 1000 crore for land acquisition and internal development in New Noida. Over 6 lakh people will reside in the New city.

New Noida will have Information Hub, Logistics Hub

The New Noida will have facilities like Logistic hub, information hub, Integrated Townships and skill developments etc. According to sources, over 4500 crore will be spent to buy 3000 hectares of land. However the authority is thinking of asking for funds from the Centre. As soon as the money is received, the work will begin. The authority has also appointed school of planning and architecture to draft the master plan.

11.5% will be reserved for Residential Areas

The New Noida will be built on the 21,102 hectares of land of the 85 villages of Greater Noida and Bulandshahar. This project will have 41% Industrial, 11.5% Residential, 17% Green space, 15.5% Roadways, 7.5% Institutional and 4.5% for commercial areas.
