Noida News: Authority Plans to launch Electronic Buses to Promote use of Public Transport among Commuters

Noida News: In order to encourage people to use more Public Transport, Noida authority is looking for ways to convince people to use more public transport and avoid using their own vehicle on the road. According to the Noida Authority CEO, people are not using Public transport which leads to more traffic on the roads. Authority is looking for ways so that the residents of Noida will use more of local transport to reach their destinations. To make this work, the Noida Authority CEO is holding a meet with his officials to plan out strategy.

Authority Plans to run Electronic Buses

In the first run, the authority is planning to run electronic buses in the city. The bus service will cover Metro, Hospitals, Markets, Industrial sectors and Government offices. However if the response is good, then the authority will increase the frequency of buses in the city. An app will also be prepared for the convenience of the passengers so that the passengers can book tickets online.

Commuters of Greater Noida can also benefit from Buses

The authority is planning the bus routes in such a way that the people of Greater Noida should also benefit from the Bus service. This will also generate Good income for the authority. Currently people of the city rely on cabs, autos. If the Bus connectivity starts, people will get better transport services.
