Meerut News: No entry without the card in CCSU, security beefed up after the suicide of B Tech Student

Meerut News: Days after a student of the Chaudhary Charan Singh University allegedly committed suicide in the Hostel, the University beefed up strict rules and regulations for the inside as well as the outside students. The University wants to ensure no security lapses in the campus area. No outsiders will be allowed to enter in the premises without showing a proper pass. All visitors will be issued passes to enter inside the University premises. The guards will ask for the details of the visitors and note them down, only after this they will be allowed to enter.

No Outsiders are allowed to Visit Campus

A student from the B tech course allegedly committed suicide in his room. After the incident, the authorities have announced strict measures and precautions for students as well as visitors who want to visit the campus. A committee of their member is also formed to look after the discipline of the campus area in terms of entering and exiting and noting down details of outsiders.

Teachers held meetings with students

The authorities also held a meeting to counsel other students to ensure their mental well-being. All students were asked to focus on their studies. Teachers and Hostel staff also spoke to the students about the issue.
