 Madhya Pradesh: Customer in Indore files case against restaurant owner after discovering bones in veg biryani

Madhya Pradesh: In the Vijay Nagar neighbourhood of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, a restaurant owner was arrested on suspicion of feeding a vegetarian non-vegetarian cuisine on Monday.

Case filed against the owner of the restaurant

The Madhya Pradesh police have lodged a complaint in Indore against a restaurant owner who is charged with serving a vegetarian non-vegetarian cuisine.
The man who has been named as Akash Dubey ordered a vegetarian biryani but found bones in it. The manager and workers of the restaurant were informed of his complaint, and they later expressed regret to him.

At the Vijay Nagar police station, Akash filed a FIR

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Sampat Upadhyay, "Vijay Nagar police has registered an FIR under Section 298 against the restaurant manager Swapnil Gujrati. At present, the matter is being investigated, after which further action will be taken."
