BJP to stay in power for 25 years: Madhya Pradesh Collector

Madhya Pradesh government is organizing statewide Vikas Yatra. Its purpose is to take the development mantra of the state government to the masses and communicate with the beneficiaries of government schemes across the state, but once again it is in discussion for strange reasons. On February 8, Panna Collector Sanjay Kumar Mishra was on a tour of Amanganj. There he claimed that the BJP government would remain in power in the state for the next 25 years.

'BJP to stay in power for 25 years'

In a viral video, Panna Collector Sanjay Kumar Mishra is shown appealing to people to stay connected with the BJP for the next 25 years. In the viral video, he says that the present government wants to stay in power to celebrate the centenary of independence. Expressing objection to the appeal of the Panna collector, the Congress has demanded agitation against the collector and his removal from the post. Last year, the Jabalpur High Court had made a strong remark against the collector when he declared the person who lost the election in the panchayat as the winner. The High Court had said that he was 'unfit to be a collector' and was acting as a 'political agent'.

Similarly, it is from Devarachi village of Mungawali in Ashoknagar district, where Minister of State for Public Health Engineering Brajendra Singh Yadav was sprinkled with itchy powder by the local people on Tuesday night. The itching caused by the powder was so severe that the minister was forced to take off his kurta and wash his upper body with bottled water, the video of which has gone viral on social media.
