Haryana News: Haryana To Recruit 10,000 Skilled Workers for Jobs in Israel

The Haryana government has announced plans to recruit 10,000 skilled workers for job opportunities in Israel. This recruitment drive will be conducted through the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation, with all selected workers securing positions in the private sector in Israel. The initiative aims to address the labor shortage in Israel, intensified by the ongoing conflict with Hamas.

Recruitment Details:

  • The Haryana government has released an advertisement on the HKRN portal, inviting applications for various skilled positions.
  • Job categories include building framework workers (3,000 posts), ceramic tile installers (2,000 posts), wall plasterers (2,000 posts), and iron bending workers (3,000 posts), among others.
  • The minimum educational requirement is set at a 10th pass, with applicants required to have three years of relevant experience. The age limit is between 25 to 45 years.

Salary and Working Conditions:

  • Selected workers will receive a monthly salary of 6,100 NIS (New Israeli Shekel), approximately Rs 1,38,235 in Indian currency.
  • The work schedule involves 26 days a month, with a stipulated 236 hours per month. Overtime will be compensated according to the company's regulations.

Other International Job Opportunities:

  • In addition to Israel, the Haryana government has also invited applications for 40 bouncer positions in Dubai and 120 nursing positions in the UK.
