Haryana News: With the enforcement of new laws, significant changes have been introduced in the investigation process. Now, after the completion of an investigation, it is mandatory to electronically submit the challan to the court, signaling a shift towards digitalization in legal proceedings. Additionally, modifications have been made to the procedure for police remand.

Following these changes, it is now mandatory for the police to capture a video of every arrest made. This adjustment aims to enhance transparency and accountability in law enforcement activities.
