Ghaziabad News: With spike in dengue cases in the city, the negligence by the district hospitals are causing more harm to the health of the patients. As Reported by Jagran City, apart from the District Hospitals, Many Community Health Centers are also built in the city to provide better care to the patients. But due to the negligence of the Medical staff, the dengue patients are suffering in the wards. The doctor only visits once to check the patients during 24 hours. Patients are mostly treated with the help of ward boys and nurses. There is no proper arrangement of fans or coolers in the hospitals.

Over 10 Fresh Cases Reported Everyday

Patients are kept inside the wards with mosquito nets. Over 10 fresh cases of dengue are reported in the hospitals everyday. The is no proper sanitization in the wards and bathrooms. Patients are left on the mercy of ward boys and nursing staff. After witnessing surge in dengue cases, many patients are admitted in the Community Health Centers of Muradnagar, Modinagar and Bhojpur.

Dengue Cases surge in many areas

Fresh dengue cases were found in Nandgram, Makanpur, Nehrunagar, Indirapuram, kavinagar, Kailashnagar and Shantinagar. According to the Health officials, the disease is spreading rapidly in these areas- Crossing Republic, Bhim Nagar, Sanjay NagarRajnagar, Govindapuram, Harsaon Police Line, Shastri Nagar, Chiranjeev Vihar, Avantika.

Precautions advised by Health Experts

In most of the cases Hospitalization is not needed, but patients are always advised to visit the doctors if they feel unwell or their Platelet level dips. The doctors have asked all to follow precautions like not keeping stagnant water in the houses, use Anti-Mosquito Sprays in the house, do not send the child to school if they have fever or cold and cough.
