Ghaziabad News: Government plans to expand the Ayushman Yojana Card scheme, here's how it can benefit people

Ghaziabad News: Government has decided to expand the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana cards for the benefit of the people. The decision has been taken during the meet which was organized regarding the implementation of this scheme in the 75 districts. To speed up the process, data of over 49 lakh people has been noted from Ghaziabad. With the help of the Gold Card, people will be able to get the Medical Treatment upto 5 lakh rupees. The scheme will be launched on the Ayushman Bharat Yojana Portal between sept 13^th to 17^th.

Beneficiaries can apply for The Gold Card through Portal

Over 35 thousand families of Ghaziabad will benefit from the Ayushman Bharat scheme. The beneficiaries can apply for the Gold Card  through the portal while sitting at home. They don’t have to run from Pillar to post to avail the scheme. Currently income of the families are not mentioned in the scheme. The cards will be distributed to more families between 17^th sept till 2^nd October. The person can avail treatment in the 4 Govt and 62 Private Hospitals.

Over 72 Hospitals will have the Card Facility

Cards will be made in 72 Hospitals of the state. Person will be charged Rs 30 if he wishes to apply for the card the the Public Convenience Center.
