Ghaziabad News: City Police imposes Prohibitory Orders ahead of the G20 Summit, check details

Ghaziabad News: As the G20 Summit is less than a week away, the Ghaziabad Police imposed Prohibitory orders in the city to maintain law and order in the city. The orders are imposed till October 15th. The city Police issued the guidelines keeping the G20 Summit and also the Festivals that fall during this period, like Janamashtmi, Vishwa Karma Puja ,Eid-Ul-Milad and Gandhi Jayanthi. There will be a total of 26 restrictions that are being imposed in the city during this period under section 144 Crpc.

Restrictions to be Followed during the Summit

These are the restrictions that one needs to follow during the Summit-

More than 5 people are not allowed to gather at one place for Protest or any other movement

No one will encourage anyone to hold demonstration or Dharna

Without the Permission of the Police, no one is allowed to hold any event

The restriction is not applicable in Marriages and Funerals.

All must follow the Sound Restriction during Summit

According to the Supreme Court Ruling, maximum sound should not be more than 70 decibels during the day and in the night in Industrial areas. 65/55 will be allowed in Commercial areas and 55/44 will be allowed in the Residential areas.
