DMK Expels Spokesperson Shivaji Krishnamurthy

In Tamil Nadu, DMK leader Shivaji Krishnamurthy has been arrested by the Kodungayur police. He has been arrested in connection with his remarks against Governor RN Ravi and BJP leader Khushbu Sundar. Khushboo is also a member of the National Commission for Women (NCW). Amar Prasad Reddy, state president of the BJP's sports and skill development cell, had filed a police complaint against him. Earlier, taking major action against DMK spokesperson Krishnamurthy, the party had expelled him from the party.

What is the matter?

Actually, the video of former DMK leader is going viral on social media, in which he made controversial remarks about Khushboo Sundar. Shivaji Krishnamurthy had told Khushboo Sundar to be an old vessel. Earlier, Tamil Nadu BJP President K. Annamalai had said that Krishnamurthy had earlier made controversial remarks against the Governor as well and now the remarks made against Khushbu Sundar are completely condemnable.

Meanwhile, Khushbu Sundar tweeted the video and wrote that the lewd comments of this habitual criminal reflect the political culture of DMK. There are many like him in the party. Those who make lewd comments about women get more opportunities in the party. Tagging CM Stalin, Khushboo Sundar asked whether you would accept such statements about the women of your family.
