Dehradun News: High Alert issued in 25 districts after 20 fresh Dengue cases reported, check details

Dehradun News: As the city is battling with continuous rains, the cases of Dengue continue to rise. 20 fresh cases of Dengue have been reported in the city on Friday. All the positive patients have been admitted to the Hospital. The positive cases have been detected from the 25 districts of the city. According to the Health Officials, a total of 17655 patients have been bought to the hospital for symptoms of dengue. Out of these 286 have been tested positive for dengue, and the treatment for the 61 patients is still underway.

One Person died during treatment

Over 224 patients have recovered from the disease and 61 are undergoing treatment. Meanwhile one patient has succumbed to the disease. The maximum Dengue cases were reported from Dharampur and Ajabpur Kala. The Health Department officials are visiting the High Risk Dengue Areas and everyday and collecting and testing the Dengue samples everyday.

Precautions to be followed to prevent the disease

Meanwhile the Health Department has asked people to follow some precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Dengue. People should not store stagnant water in the houses. One must immediately see the doctor if feeling feverish with vomiting. Do not try to use Home Made tips in case you observe these symptoms. Visit your doctor at the earliest.
