Dehradun News: Air Service from Dehradun-Pithoragarh to start soon, to kill Travel Time drastically

Dehradun News: After almost four years, Airline Company Fly Big is set to start Air Operations from 1^st September from Dehradun to Pithoragarh.  The flight will reduce the Travel from 12 hours to 90 minutes. The Station In charge of the Airline said that they are also planning to operate services from Hindon, Bhatinda and Pant Nagar. The airline received the nod from the DGCA to start the operations from these routes.  The proposed airline will have space for 90 Seater facility. The airline also held trials on the same route this week. The fare for Pant Nagar to Pithoragarh route is over 3600 and the schedule will be finalized soon.

Operations likely to start by 1st September

The PantNagar Airport Director said that we are waiting for the official confirmation and we hope the services will be resumed from 1^st September if all formalities are completed. Once the Flight service resumes, it will benefit many travelers travelling from Dehradun to Pithoragarh. The Travelers were almost spending 12-15 hours earlier to reach the destination.

Many Airline Services were halted due to Technical Glitches

The Pant Nagar Flight services were halted for two months in the year 2018 due to operational challenges. Similarly the Pawan Hans Limited was also not operational for over 6 months due to Technical issues.
