One such innings involve Sunil Narine’s quick fire 54 off just 17 balls. The video of this special knock is once again getting viral all over social media. Smashes tournament’s fastest century off just THESE many balls | Watch Video Sunil Narine pulls off a batting stunner Sunil Narine has been a crucial player for Kolkata Knight Riders since 2012, helping them win the IPL twice and reach the playoffs on two other occasions. However, prior to 2017, his contributions with the bat were minimal. Despite playing in over 200 T20 matches, he had never scored a half-century. In 2017, he was given the opportunity to bat higher up the order during the Powerplay and he responded in a spectacular fashion. Through out his knock, he smashed six boundaries and four maximums, playing with a humongous strike rate of 317.64. Resultantly, he was also awarded with player of the match award as well.
