Shikhar Dhawan - Shreyas Iyer: Birthdays of star Indian cricketers were celebrated by Team staffin Dhaka. BCCI has posted images of the cake-cutting ceremony. All of the players and support staff attended the celebration. Iyer's special day fell on a Tuesday, December 6, as opposed to Dhawan's birthday, which fell on Monday, December 5.

The Indian team and support staff enjoyed some lighthearted time as they celebrated the birthdays of Dhawan and Iyer prior to the second ODI against Bangladesh. In front of the whole staff and players, they all joined to cut a delicious-looking chocolate cake.

Dhawan was spotted enjoying the cake with Iyer in an intuitive way. The BCCI posted photos of the celebration on their Twitter account, and they quickly went viral. In fact, Iyer shared his birthday with fellow Indian teammates Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja, who were both born on December 6 but were unable to attend the celebration since they were still recovering from their individual injuries.

Dinesh Karthik posts humurous tweet

Additionally, in addition to Iyer, Jadeja, and Bumrah, former Indian cricketers RP Singh, Karun Nair, and Suyash Prabhudesai of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) also celebrated their birthdays on December 6.

Dinesh Karthik humorously tweeted his congratulations to all of the aforementioned guys. Karthik posted an image of six partitions of an cake on his social media accounts, one for each of the aforementioned names, along with the funny statement, "If someone was born on December 6, there's a good likelihood that they were a cricketer."
