England vs Pakistan: Ben Stokes did it again, England are the T20 World Champions

England have won the T20 World Cup and yet again it was Ben Stokes standing tall in the high-octane clash. The World Champions are now also the T20 World Champions. Chasing the target of 138 runs, Three Lions lost few early wickets but Stokes held the nerves brought his team close to the total.

During the mid overs of the chase, Pakistan bowlers brought Pakistan back into the game but the wicket of Phil Salt injured the star pacer Shaheen Afridi who later faced trouble while bowling. Haris Rauf was the pick of the bowlers for Pakistan with his two wickets.

The only difference between the two teams was Ben Stokes who has played a crucial role in England's 2019 World Cup win too. Stokes played an incredible half-century knock under pressure to guide his team home.

Earlier, Pakistan added 137 runs on board after being asked to bat by the English skipper in the final.

Shaan Masood top scored for Pakistan with his 38-run knock while Muhammad Rizwan scored 32. At one stage Pakistan were in trouble and we're reduced to 85/4 in the thirteenth over of the match.

This is the second T20 World Cup for England and their second ICC trophy in last five years. While Pakistan's quest for their second title continues.
