DA Hike: There's good news for thousands of Haryana government workers and retirees. The dearness allowance provided to pensioners and employees of the Sixth Pay Commission has been significantly increased by the state administration led by Manohar Lal Khattar.

Nine Percent Increase in Dearness Allowance

The dearness allowance for these workers and retired workers has been raised by the state government by nine percent. The Finance Department has issued an order in this regard. has been released. Employees will additionally get arrears from July to December as a result of the implementation of this dearness allowance on July 1, 2023.

Significant Dearness Allowance Increase

The state government raised the dearness allowance (DA) of state employees and retirees receiving pay and pension by nine percent, according to the Sixth Pay Commission. This increase was followed by an increase in the dearness allowance from twenty-one to twenty-three percent.

Arrears Disbursement for Employees

The employees will get arrears from July to December, which will be added to their January salary and paid in February, in addition to the enhanced DA that will take effect on July 1, 2023. The Finance Department's Additional Chief Secretary, Anurag Rastogi, has suggested raising the dearness allowance. There are now orders available.

Incremental Growth in Dearness Allowance

Let us inform you that the dearness allowance for 2 lakh 85 thousand employees and 2 lakh 62 thousand pensioners receiving salary has already been raised by four percent to 46 percent in November, as per the Seventh Pay Commission. The Fifth Pay Commission stated that employees receiving pensions and salaries also received increases in their dearness allowance in December. As of right now, the Sixth Pay Commission reports that the dearness allowance of employees receiving pensions and salaries has grown.
