Wrestlers' Protest: Top Indian wrestlers have been protesting against the wrestling body for more than 24 hours. Women wrestlers have accused WFI chief of sexually abusing players and are demanding his resignation. Top wrestlers like Vinesh Phogat, Bajrang Punia, Sakshi Malik and Ravi Dahiya are leading the protest against the authorities. However WFI President Brij Bhusan Singh has dismissed all claims and even said he is ready to be hanged if found guilty.

Meanwhile, in a viral video wrestler Bajrang Punia was seen asking Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader Brinda Karat to leave the protesting stage as the protest only belong to the athletes.

Bajrang can also be heard saying "we don't want the protest to take a political shape."

Vinesh comes out in public

Earlier Wreser Vinesh Phogat came forward to expose Brij Bhushan Singh and said many others close to him have also harassed women wrestlers in the past.

"Women wrestlers have been sexually harassed at national camps by coaches and also the WFI president Brij Bhushan Sharan. Some of the coaches appointed at national camps have been sexually harassing women wrestlers for years. The WFI president is also involved in sexual harassment," Vinesh told the media.
