Weather Update: Terrifying Conditions in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Check What's in Store in Delhi, Lucknow, Patna

Weather Update: The northern and central regions of India are experiencing extreme rainfall conditions, and the Indian Meteorological Department warned for heavy thundershowers. However, Delhi received a yellow alert from the IMD for mild to moderate rain. The state capital Patna and the surrounding areas are preparing for sporadic showers and the chance of extremely heavy rain. Bihar is facing the effects of the active monsoon. The state of Uttar Pradesh is likewise engulfed in the monsoon, with constant rains falling on Lucknow, the state capital.

Weather Update: Temperature of some major cities

These are the following predicted maximum temperature of the prominent cities.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts mild to moderate rainfall for Mumbai and its suburbs in its weather update. It is predicted that Mumbai will see minimum temperatures of 26°C and maximum temperatures of 31°C, with an average of roughly 30°C. For Kerala's Wayanad district, the IMD has issued an "orange" alert. Already, landslides have had a major impact on the district, killing around 340 people.

According to IMD, there may be extremely heavy rainfall in the isolated areas of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. The IMD forecast also calls for heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in some areas over Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Goa and Karnataka. IMD has forecasted significant rainfall in certain areas over the states including Jharkhand, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Kerala, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal and Sikkim. Meanwhile, there is a terrific situation in Himachal Pradesh after the tragic event of Cloud bursting. People should avoid moving to the sensitive parts unless it is too much important.
