Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast of heavy rainfall across various parts of India until September 15. Heavy rainfall will lash the isolated areas of Odisha from September 13 to 15 and in certain regions of Chhattisgarh on September 15. Additionally, heavy rainfall is expected in parts of Uttarakhand, East Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura on September 13.

Specifically, on September 14, regions including Uttarakhand, East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Telangana are expected to experience similar weather conditions. On September 15, isolated areas in Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, central Maharashtra, Marathwada, Konkan, Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Yanam are also likely to receive heavy rainfall.

Delhi

IMD has predicted that the national capital will be partially cloudy in the evening. However, bringing in the relief, the evenings will be mostly cloudy. There are slight chances of showers. For today, the maximum temperature will be 34 degrees while the minimum will be 27 degrees with humidity at 85%.

Mumbai

As per the latest weather update, the city and its suburbs will remain mostly cloudy. There are chances of periodic showers lashing the region. Overall, the day will mostly remain pleasant. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees while the minimum will be 28 degrees with humidity at 82%.

Chennai

Chennai has been predicted to remain mostly cloudy the entire day as well. However, the conditions have been forecast to remain largely humid. For today, the maximum temperature will be 35 degrees while the minimum will be 28 degrees with humidity at 78%.

Kolkata

Thundershowers have been forecast for Kolkata in the morning. Later on, the day will mostly remain cloudy. For today, the maximum temperature will be 32 degrees while the minimum will be 27 degrees with humidity at 94%.
