The Department reports that the heavy rains in Gujarat caused serious waterlogging, which worsened the situation for the inhabitants and temporarily suspended regular life in various areas. According to the Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC), Mumbai's city and suburbs are expected to see heavy to extremely heavy rainfall. The predicted temperature range for Mumbai is 25°C at minimum and 28°C at maximum, with an average of 26°C. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, there will be probably heavy rain today in the Delhi and NCR area. As per the IMD predictions, there can be flood situations due to heavy rain in several states of the nation.
