Terror suspects behead a man in Delhi, share video to ISI handlers as proof of their mettle

Two terror suspects were apprehended after they decapitated a man in Delhi and sent the footage of it to their handlers in Pakistan to demonstrate their expertise. They had been tasked to kill influential Hindu leaders.

Two terror suspects arrested by Delhi Police

Before the Republic Day celebrations in the nation's capital, the grisly two were detained by Delhi Police's Special Cell on suspicion of having ties to terrorist groups. Late on Saturday, Special Cell discovered a chopped-up body in a drain in the Bhalswa Dairy neighbourhood.

According to the police, Jagjit Singh and Naushad, who are allegedly connected to a Pakistani intelligence outfit, received a reward of Rs 5 lakhs for the murder and sought to carry it out to demonstrate their competency.
In the upcoming month, the accused had planned to track down and assassinate right-wing leaders.

In the press conference, Additional Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Pramod Kushwah revealed that the victim's identity has not yet been determined and that the police discovered blood traces at the accused's rented residence before discovering the chopped body close to Bhalaswa Dairy. According to investigations, the suspect picked up the victim on December 15, killed him, and uploaded a video of the incident to their handler Sohail, who is connected to the terrorist group Lashkare-Toiba, which is closely linked to Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

Accused lure Victim

By offering liquor to the victim on December 15, the accused duo lured and befriended the victim, who was purportedly a drug addict, before killing him. The accused chopped the body of the victim into many pieces.

The two terror suspects were entrusted with locating and killing leaders of the Hindu Right. The police prevented a significant terror attack by apprehending them.

One of the suspects, Jagjit, was allegedly handled by gangster-turned-terrorist Arshdeep Singh Gill (also known as Arsh Dalla), while Naushad was allegedly handled by ISI agents in Pakistan.
