Rajasthan News: Om Birla's convoy hit by bus, 3 cops injured

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla’s convoy met with an accident when he was on his way to inaugurate a Sports Event in Rajasthan's Kota district. The Speaker's car was hit by a bus when the car had crossed Marwar Chowk. Two Police officers also got injured in the accident. The cops were taken to the nearby hospital for treatment. The Speaker is believed to be fine and the convoy later proceeded for Kota.

Speaker successfully inaugurated the Sports Event

The Lok Sabha speaker is on a tour to his constituency in Rajasthan’s Kota district. He reached the venue safely and inaugurated the sports event. He also addressed a Public gathering during the event, and said that Kota Bundi Festival is playing a crucial role in connecting the people in the Parliamentary Constituency. Lots of people are also participating in Sports activities. We will have to take the initiative to bring change in the lives of the people living in villages. It is also the dream of our Prime Minister Modi that our country should be top in each and every field. We will have to work together to fulfill the promise.
