NIA conducts nationwide raids, 6 nabbed including Khalistan ideologues and associates of Lawrence Bisnoi Gang

National Investigation Agency has conducted nationwide raids at 76 locations across eight states and nabbed Khalistani ideologues and members of Lawrence Bisnoi Gang. The raids were carried out in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP, Delhi , NCR , Maharashtra and MP. Those arrested include Lucky Khokahar, who is a close associate of Canada based ‘designated terrorist’, Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dhalla.

Intensive NIA investigations have revealed that after strict vigilance by Police forces across India , many gangsters had fled to countries to Pakistan, Canada, Malaysia , Philippines and Australia and were planning terror strikes in India from their dens abroad in collaboration with dreaded criminals who are already serving sentence across various states in India.

The modus operandi for raising funds used by Gangsters planning to carry out attacks in India were through smuggling of drugs, weapons, hawala and extortions.

List of Gangster arrested by NIA

Lucky Khokhar, native of Bhatinda in Punjab was nabbed from Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan. He was Arsh Dala’sa right hand man and was carrying out recruitment for him and also received funds from him for carrying out terror related activities.  He has also supplied arms to Arsh Dalla’s associates and also were involved in carrying out recent killings in Jargaon, Punjab on the direction of Arsh Dhalla.

He was involved in smuggling arms, ammunition , explosions, IEDs across international and interstate borders  for several Khalistani terror outfits, including the Khalistan Liberation Force, Babbar Khalsa International and International Sikh Youth Federation.

Hari Om alias Titu and Lakhvir Singh

Hari Om Lakhvir Singh is are associates of Chotu Ram Bhagat are known for notoriety as criminals. They were also arrested earlier by NIA.

Surender Chaudhary and Dalip Bishnoi

Surender Chaudhary and Dalip Bishnoi are close associates of gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and Canda based criminal Goldy Brar.

They have been arrested for receiving funds, recruiting youths and carrying out terrorist acts on behalf of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Surender Chadahry faces several cases under NDPS Act, in cases related to murder and extortion. He was also active in participating in illegal liquor contracts , smuggling and extortion from liquor and mining contractors in Haryana. He is also one of the main financier of terror gangster syndicates.

Dalip Bishnoi has 13 cases registered against him and provided logistics support to gangsters in Punjab and Rajasthan.
