NATION DLF Mall of India land case: Noida Authority issues a payment notice for Rs. 235-crore to real estate developer Rafia Tasleem Dec 27, 2022 07:38 GMT DLF Mall of India land case: According to sources, the Noida Authority has given real estate developer DLF 15 days to pay Rs 235 crore in connection with a land compensation dispute involving the DLF Mall of India. The change is a result of a Supreme Court decision from May 5 ordering the Noida Authority to compensate the prior owner of the land, Veerana Reddy. DLF, however, vehemently denied having received any notification from the Noida Authority regarding the payment of Rs. 235-crore. The developer will have to pay the desired amount within 15 days else appropriate legal actions will be taken,” a person with knowledge of the situation informed Moneycontrol.
