Boxer Vijender Singh to join Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra Kashmir leg-in half T-shirt

Bharat Jodo Yatra: The curious case of Rahul Gandhi's half T-shirt is gaining attraction day by day, especially when the Bharat Jodo Yatra has reached the Northern part of the country which is reeling with a severe cold. Rahul Gandhi's half-white T-shirt and the missing jacket are parallelly as famous as the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

Meanwhile, in interesting news, former India and current professional boxer Vijender Singh is set to join RAGA in a white half T-shirt when Congress' mega yatra will reach Jammu and Kashmir later this month. Vijender is a Congress party member and has been a strong supporter of Rahul Gandhi and his party.

Youth Congress leader Mayank Sharma has shared a Tweet confirming the mega move by the boxer.

"International boxer, the pride of India, Vijendra Singh, will be seen in half t-shirt alongside Rahul Gandhi when Bharat Jodo Yatra would reach Kashmir," said the Congress member on Twitter.

On Saturday, Vijender also posted a picture walking with the ex-Congress President in a white half t-shirt but wearing a black jacket too in the shivering cold in Haryana.

Why Vijender no longer plays for India?

Vijender Singh turned professional boxer in 2015, with a multi-year agreement with Queensberry Promotions through IOS Sports and Entertainment. This has ruled him out of playing for India at International Boxing Association events.
