Here is what Sadhguru suggested to deal with constipation

Consuming Water-rich foods

Therefore a person who follows such a diet is likely to form constipation. Therefore, Sadhguru suggests eating a lot of fruits, vegetables, nuts and sprouts that contain high water content.

Sadhguru advises against snacking in between meals. He calls it the sole reason for constipation and advises against munching between meals.

Begin your meal with ghee

Sadhguru advises to eat a teaspoon of ghee to enable smooth digestion of food. Ghee when consumed as it is, can act as a lubricant for our digestive tract. This is an ancient ritual that has been followed for a long time.

Begin your day with neem and turmeric

Eating a ball of need helps keep the elementary track clear. Neem, when taken with turmeric can lead to a clean colon by killing any parasite in there.

Adults should avoid dairy products

Many enzymes in dairy products tend to stick to the colon and are not easily removed as other waste material in the body, leading to problems such as constipation

Consume Triphala or castor oil

Triphala is made by mixing three fruits with magical properties, which are generally consumed with milk or honey. If unavailable, castor oil can be used. Consuming a teaspoon of castor oil with warm water or milk.
