'SRK is Selfish…,' Shah Rukh Khan didn't Attend Baba Siddique's Funeral, Netizen React

Baba Siddique and Shah Rukh Khan: On the evening of Dussehra, NCP leader Baba Siddique was shot dead outside his MLA son Zeeshan's office. His funeral took place on Sunday and many Bollywood celebrities including Salman Khan, Manish Paul, Shehnaaz Gill and more attended it. However, one of Baba Siddique's special friends Shah Rukh Khan was absent from the ceremony. This created a major fuss on the internet and social media platform. Many people started commenting about Shah Rukh Khan's nature and called him selfish. Let's take a look.

Is SRK Really Selfish?

As depicted in media Shah Rukh Khan used to share a great bond with the political leader. He used to attend the very famous Baba Siddique-hosted Iftaar party every Eid. His absence on the funeral shocked the fans and they took to social media platform X to show their opinions. They wrote many things about the actor, one of them is 'Selfish!' They wrote, "#ShahRukhKhan was always there to eat biriyani in #BabaSiddique's Every iftar party but he didn't go to pay his last respect after baba's Death. SRK is the most selfish person who uses others for his benefits but will Never stand with people in their tough times."

Other users wrote, "It seems like that.. I would still not jump to the conclusion but it seems like that.. SRK, where were you?" "Haahahh ye Bollywood he bhai ,Yaha Sirf Apne Matlab Ke Liye use Kiya Jata he logon ko." "Hamesh se hi yeh insaan Selfish hai , movie nhi chalega to aysa muh utake Salman Bhai ke pass..." One user wrote, "As a Srk Fan & Admirer i also agree with this…he never comes in Bad Times…he is money minded pure businessman…always think of his time nd money!" Another wrote, "Yes he is very poor and he cannot afford biryani that’s why he use to go for free food."

Some fans tried to clear the air they wrote that the actor was out of India that's why he didn't attend the ceremony. However, according to a report of Times Now, Shah Rukh didn't attend the funeral to stay away from political conspiracies.

Baba Siddique and Shah Rukh Khan Bond

Just like his bond with Salman Khan, Baba Siddique and Shah Rukh Khan were also close. It was at his party when Salman Khan and SRK reunited and hugged each other in 2013. After having such relations, SRK's no-show at his funeral raised many questions.
