New on Disney+: The long-awaited sequel of the cult-classic Halloween movie Hocus Pocus is set to release in less than two months. The Sanderson sisters are returning to the big screen.

The first trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel was released in late June. The trailer received a whopping 40 million views in the first 24 hours.

The sequel sees the Sanderson Sisters return to wreak havoc in Salem once again, but what else can we expect? Here's everything you need to know about Hocus Pocus 2.

As mentioned above, the first trailer for Hocus Pocus 2 arrived on June 28, 2022, and while it was low on plot, it was high on spookiness.

The trailer teased the return of the ever-spooky Sanderson Sisters, while also featuring other classic Hocus Pocus items such as the Black Flame Candle.

Hocus Pocus 2 will arrive on Disney+ on September 30, so the only question now is whether you can wait until Halloween to watch it...

Bette Midler had pretty much confirmed in October 2020 that she'd be back for the sequel alongside Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson, respectively.
