Cannes Film Festival 2023: Jennie Kim, a member of the popular K-pop girl group BLACKPINK, made her debut on the red carpet on Monday night.

Jennie’s Cannes Debut Look

Jennie looked stunning in a princess-style white lace off-shoulder midi dress, which had a vintage feel with its knee-length skirt and bodice. The corseted torso accentuated her slim figure, and she added a classic touch with black tulle sleeves worn off her shoulders. Jennie completed her look with wavy curls and a black hairband featuring a bow. 

She attended the festival to support her action debut television series 'The Idol' and was seen hugging Lily-Rose Depp, with some fans claiming she mouthed "I love you" to the BLACKPINK singer. Jennie walked the red carpet with the show's producer, director, and cast members, including The Weeknd, Troye Sivan, and Lily-Rose Depp.

V’s and Jennie’s Dating Rumor 

There have been rumors circulating about a possible relationship between V (Kim Taehyung) of BTS and Jennie. Fans of BTS gathered outside a venue in Cannes, eagerly waiting for V to appear. Tweets from fans expressed their love and support for him, with some fans waiting for hours and sacrificing sleep just in case he made an appearance. The fans referred to V as the main character, showing their dedication and adoration for him.
