Patna News: In a bid to revive system, Education Secretary orders more transfers

Patna News: The Patna Education Department is undergoing many significant changes related to the transfers and shifting of many teachers and other officials. The Education Secretary has been making lot of changes in the department. After transferring the teachers of various departments into other sections, now it’s the turn of the Education Department Personnel to face the heat. There have been more than 100 transfers in the department in the last three months. The Education Secretary has been trying to shape up the entire education department. And for this purpose, he is bringing up lot of changes inside the office.

All officers in service for 3 or more years will be transferred

In a fresh move, the education secretary has made an announcement that all the officers who have been in the department for three years or more than 3 years will be transferred to the districts. The secretary has instructed all the officers about his decision. The Non Technical service staff will also be transferred, especially if they have been in the service for 3 or more than 3 years.

Strict instructions given about the transfers of staff

He has made clear instructions that all the staff, technical, non-technical, or even in other departments should be ready for a shift from their departments. They could be transferred depending upon the requirement and services of the staff.
