Tata Harrier Facelift: Tata Motors added ADAS and a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen in the Red Dark variants of the Tata Harrier and Tata Safari a few months ago. We already know that both of these SUVs are being tested and that the facelift will be available soon.  A new spy shot has revealed an intriguing element: the Tata Harrier Facelift will have a larger touchscreen!

This is a new and far larger touchscreen than what is already available with the Harrier and Safari SUVs, as seen in the spy images. With Nexon receiving the same 10.25-inch touchscreen as Harrier and Safari, Tata Motors decided it was time to improve the touchscreen in their premium SUVs. The MG Hector currently boasts the largest touchscreen in the class, measuring 14 inches. Is this new Harrier and Safari touchscreen bigger than that? We will soon know.

Powertrain details

The 2-litre diesel engine and 6-speed manual and automated transmissions will remain in the Harrier facelift. Tata could install the new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, which produces 170 PS and 280 Nm, in the upgraded SUV. This engine may be available with both manual and DCT automatic transmissions.

Expected Price in India

The Tata Harrier facelift will be more expensive than the present model, which costs between Rs 15.85 lakh and Rs 25.21 lakh (ex-showroom). The actual price of the SUV will only be known once it launches in the market.
