The Supreme Court has said that it is passing an order by FIFA to revoke the suspension of the AIFF, to hold the Under-17 FIFA World Cup in India and to allow the participation of Indian teams in international events. FIFA has suspended the membership of the AIFF, citing the appointment of the Committee of Administrators as outside interference. This has put the organization of the Under-17 Women's World Cup in India in trouble. After talking to FIFA, the government had requested the court to remove the administrator's committee and conduct elections at the earliest. This will cancel the suspension of AIFF.
