S Jaishankar Dig At Pakistan terrorism support

Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar made a big statement on Thursday regarding the ongoing economic crisis in Pakistan. Attacking Pakistan, he said that no country can come out of a difficult situation and become a prosperous power, if its core industry is terrorism. S. Jaishankar was speaking at the Asia Economic Dialogue organized by the Ministry of External Affairs.

He said terrorism is a fundamental issue in relations with Pakistan. We should not deny it. Regarding China, Jaishankar said that the economic challenges in our relations with China are really very serious, very difficult. The responsibility of trade imbalance with China is not only of the government but also of the businessmen.

S. What else did Jaishankar say?

Earlier on Thursday, in another program, the Foreign Minister had said that today the image of India has become that of a country which is ready to go to any extent for the protection of its national security. Every country has its own challenges and no challenge can be of equal importance than national security.

"Taking the test for a long time"

He said that India is such a country which can neither be pushed out nor will it allow crossing the limits beyond a certain limit. Jaishankar said that in the last few years our western border is being tested for a long time. I understand that things are a bit different this time and everyone will agree to that. Some things happened between the years 2016 and 2019.

"An attempt was made to test our faith"

Referring to the Russia-Ukraine war, he said that the kind of pressure that came due to this conflict, there were also moments when an attempt was made to test our independent spirit and faith. He said that we are being seen as independent and standing up for the rights of others and at the same time we are also becoming the voice of the Global South.
