Acquiring loans from these apps may get you into trouble, as they may use illegal practises to get the money back from you. The names of these apps are: Finikash - The personal loan app LoanBuddy- Approved in 5mins The tweet also contains things that you must keep in mind while getting loans from such apps. These points are: Please verify details before engaging. User caution is suggested. Always avail loans from RBI-regulated entities. CyberDost details Cyber Dost is a Twitter handle, @CyberDost, launched by the Ministry of Home Affairs in March 2018 that advises people on how to keep their personal and financial information safe when using the internet. "Due to lack of awareness about the modus operandi of such cyber criminals, some people become victims of various crimes. Education and awareness will help in preventing such crimes to a significant extent," the Ministry of Home Affairs said in a statement explaining Cyber Dost. The account covers issues ranging from safe online banking to identity theft and even steps to safeguard children's internet safety. The Cyber Dost handler also leads victims of cybercrime to the appropriate channels for filing complaints.
