He asserted that the implementation of such policies would benefit intruders, referencing the issue of Rohingyas in various parts of the country.

The Chief Minister contended that inheritance tax was a reflection of the Congress party's historical approach to politics, which, according to him, prioritized vote bank considerations over national interests. Adityanath expressed relief that the Congress had lost power in 2014, suggesting that had the party remained in government, it would have implemented inheritance tax during its tenure.
